Every order is custom-built and branded to your RTO, so please choose carefully — but if something is wrong, we'll fix it. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded by anything below.
Because resources are made to order and delivered digitally, we don't offer refunds for change of mind after the download link has been sent. If you ordered the wrong unit or qualification and tell us before delivery, we'll swap it or refund in full. If it's after delivery, contact us anyway — where a build hasn't been downloaded, we'll generally offer a store credit or swap at our discretion.
Email orders@rtowarehouse.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
