Can I really use it with unlimited students?

Yes. One price, your whole RTO, as many students and trainers as you like. No subscriptions, no per-student fees, no lock-in.

Do I own it from day one on the weekly option?

On the weekly option you can use everything from your first week, but the licence only becomes permanently yours when the final instalment clears. If the instalments stop, access ends and the licence isn’t granted. Take it all at once and it’s yours outright from day one.

What if a weekly instalment doesn’t go through?

We'll let you know and try again — a card knock-back usually sorts itself out within a day or two, and nothing changes in the meantime. If it hasn't cleared after 72 hours, access pauses until it does, then picks up exactly where it left off.

Is it current?

Everything is built against the current release on training.gov.au. When a training package updates, we rewrite the affected resources and they appear in your library automatically.
